What the home screen displays and where each section leads.
What it does for you
The home screen summarizes what's on your agenda: the input field for the assistant, hints and recommendations, your upcoming sessions, your goals, and recently accessed items. An empty section shows you the first step, for example, your first goal.
Step by step
Tap Home in the bottom navigation bar.
Ask the assistant a question in the input field at the top — by typing or dictating.
Follow a hint below, such as an upcoming Compass Session or a recommendation.
Open the next entry under Sessions or Goals, or tap the heading for the full overview.
Under Recently Accessed, you can continue where you left off.
Frequent questions
Why is my home screen almost empty?
Sessions and goals fill up as soon as you activate a goal and schedule sessions. As long as a section is empty, it shows a button for the first step.
What is the banner at the top of the home screen?
After the introduction, it shows the steps that are still missing for setup, for example, activating a goal or creating a plan. It disappears once everything is set up.
Does asking the assistant a question cost anything?
Questions to the assistant consume credits. The help section on credits describes how many you have and how to earn more.
