What it does for you
The assistant is the shortest way to an answer when you do not know what to search for. It knows your goals, your lists and the app’s content, and points at concrete exercises rather than general advice. Speaking works as well as typing.
Step by step
Open the assistant from the bottom bar.
Type your question — or tap the microphone and speak it.
Allow microphone access the first time it is requested.
Follow the suggested content straight out of the answer.
Frequent questions
Why does the microphone not react?
Microphone access has to be granted once. If it was declined, it can be turned back on for Harmony Guru in the device settings.
Can the assistant see my data?
It knows your goals, lists and progress inside the app so the answers fit you. It does not pass any of that on to other users.
