Check your internet connection, the app version and whether your subscription is active. Otherwise, contact us.
Change your password
Use the "Change password" option on your profile page under Settings and follow the instructions.
Delete your account
Information on completely deleting your HarmonyGuru account.

Account deletion
Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
Option 1: Via your profile
Directly in the app or on the website
- Go to your profile
- Tap "Settings"
- Choose "Delete account"

Option 2: By email
If the first option doesn't work for you
- Email to: support@harmony-guru.com
- Subject: "Delete account"
- Processing time: up to 30 days
- Your user account and profile
- All lists and favourites
- Your entire history
- Preferences and recommendations
- Billing data (10 years, anonymised)
- Security logs (30 days, anonymised)
